    CSPD: Pipe bomb found on vehicle, safely removed by EOD

    (COLORADO SPRINGS) — According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded to reports of explosives being found on Saturday, Oct. 12 near Dublin and Rangewood.

    CSPD said that when officers arrived at the 6300 block of Timber Bluff Point around 10 a.m., they found what appeared to be a pipe bomb on a vehicle.

    Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) was contacted and responded, safely removing the pipe bomb. No other devices were found and no one was injured. There are currently no suspects identified.
