Poor little fur babies! The people who dumped them need to be held accountable

For some its impossible to afford treatment, when it costs over a thousand to treat each pup who has parvo. Maybe this was the most humane thing they could do. The other alternative is to put them down. As for those saying , get them their shots and yadayadayada ... they don't alway work.
