I foreseen this when the county insisted a senior MUST include the deed to apply for the senior tax freeze. Which is redundant and ridiculous since the county ALREADY has it in their system. To make it more discouraging is that the counties will request a yearly application, like us Senior will get younger🤷 and NOT qualify 🙄. All it is doing is creating more financial liabilities; due to the data input and paycheck’s payout. Imagine that, it also adds to the possibility of scammers due to all the deeds now being more accessible and floating around🤨
