One of the nation’s most prominent grocery store chains is looking to bolster their workforce, and they’re paying handsomely to do it.

Aldi will be hiring 13,000 new workers across the country.

In a release, the company said that starting wages for store employees will be above the national minimum wage at $18 per hour. Warehouse worker wages will be $23 per hour.

New employees will also be eligible for health insurance and paid time off, as long as they log over 30 hours per week.

The company said that store associates receive proven opportunities at upward mobility, with 70% of the company’s assistant store managers and over 30% of store managers having started as store associates.
