Floridians craving west-coast burger chains might dream of In-N-Out Burger. Even Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has spoken of getting the chain in the Sunshine State. But there's another similar West Coast burger chain -Jack In the Box - and now we know where Florida is likely to get one - in Orlando's Lake Nona area.

About Jack In the Box In Florida: In the 1970s, Jack In The Box had 279 southeast locations, according to Burger Beast. However, the chain eventually sold or closed all of its Florida locations. Fortunately for fans of the chain, it will be coming back.

The company serves comfort fast foods like hamburgers, fried chicken, eggrolls, fries, onion rings, and the item that CBS calls "arguably the best fast food item ever invented" - the taco, which is only said to have 172 calories.

The chain offers a value menu, you can get two tacos for .99, a bacon junior cheeseburger for $1.39, a chicken sandwich for $1.29, and chicken nuggets for $5.09.

In the summer of 2024, Jack In The Box announced plans to come to Florida, particularly Tallahassee and Orlando. And now, we have more concrete information about a specific location.

The Florida Planned Location: A 2,000-square-foot Jack In The Box store with 22 seats is planned at 10105 William Carey Drive in the Lake Nona section of Orlando.

The store will reportedly be open 24 hours and will be near a Dunkin, Firehouse Subs, and Culvers.
