Florida Cheesecake Factory Building Sells For $32 Million, Nearly Triple The Price Of Its Last Sale

From writing articles about restaurants on Newsbreak for quite some time, I have come to believe that many Floridians enjoy The Cheesecake Factory. An article that I wrote about new Cheesecake Factory stores in Estero and Coconut Creek received much interest. Some readers expressed a liking for the eatery. However, one Cheesecake Factory building in Boca Raton near a major shopping center has recently sold at a premium.

About The Cheesecake Factory in Florida: This chain began in the 1940s as an actual bakery. Eventually, it would become a full-service restaurant with an extensive menu of over 250 items. Despite this, the chain still makes much of its food in-house.

Vox has called the menu "legendary" because it is 20 pages long and contains over 250 menu items.

And the Cheesecake Factory has been named one of Fortune Magazine's 100 "best" companies to work for ten years in a row.

There are currently around 21 Cheesecake Factories in Florida. The location in Clearwater has been reviewed over 2,100 times and earns 4.3 out of 5 stars on Google reviews.

A reviewer named Elaine wrote, in part:

"Great experience with delicious hot food! Love that this location takes reservations over the phone (highly recommended as this place gets busy...) Shrimp Scampi & Steak Diane was delicious and I substituted the mashed potatoes with mac and cheese. Great tasting and came out piping hot...Complimentary bread is fantastic, as always. I favor the crunchy sour bread while my husband loves the darker sweet one. Yum! Thank you and will be back!"

The Sale Of A Florida Cheesecake Factory Building: The Cheesecake Factory located at 5530 Glades Road near the Town Center at Boca Raton recently sold for $32 million. It last sold for $13.25 million in 2001 so it has almost tripled in value.

The building also includes an office building with tenants like Flagstar Bank/AmTrust and Town Center Executive Suites.

The author is not affiliated with Cheesecake Factory or any other restaurants.

Sad news because that means their rent is going to explode and the Cheesecake Factory will shut down.
