Filed Plans Indicate FL Could Get A New Store Of The "Best" Fast Food Restaurant In The US, Culver's

When I write an occasional article about Culver's on Newsbreak, it seems to generate much interest. Some Floridians seem to have a nostalgic liking for the chain - perhaps because many Floridians come from the Midwest. Floridians living in Polk County, and particularly in Fort Meade, may be interested to know that plans indicate that a Culver's may be coming their way. This may be particularly true because often, readers from Florida's smaller towns comment that although towns like Tampa and Orlando always get new restaurants, the smaller towns sometimes seemingly get passed over.

About Culver's: This chain began in 1984 as a family business. From the very beginning, the restaurant served its famous "ButterBurger" where the butter is melted on the bun, as well as its frozen custard.

They're also known for their fried cheese curds and homemade root beer. Although this is technically a fast food chain, the restaurant freely admits that it is the slowest option around because each order is begun once placed so that everything is completely fresh.

There are currently around 118 Culver's stores in Florida, with many of them concentrated on Florida's west coast and in central Florida.

Many Floridians fully embrace the chain. For example, a location in Orlando has been reviewed over 2,700 times and earns 4.5 out of 5 stars. Many applauded the freshness of the food. A reviewer named Taylor wrote:

"(An) amazing experience every time. Food is always hot and fresh made to order. The cheese curds are a must every time! Staff are so helpful and friendly. Shakes are delicious and all the prices are so reasonable. 10/10 recommend!"

And Fodor's Travel has crowned Culver's as the "best" fast food restaurant in the United States.

The Possibility Of A New Florida Store: S&L Properties Fort Meade LLC has reportedly filed plans for a new Culver's located at 8 North Charleston Avenue. Note that plan filing does not guarantee approval and is just one step in a process.

The author is not affiliated with Culver's or any other restaurants.

Only thing good at Culver's is the over priced chicken sandwich .They can keep the rest .The custards they brag about are not very good .Culver's won't last long in Fort Meade Fl .
