Bardwell man facing multiple charges after injury crash
BARDWELL, Ky. (KBSI) – A Bardwell man faces multiple charges after a crash in Carlisle County. Timothy Rudolph, 49, faces charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 4th or greater, aggravated driving DUI suspended license 3rd or greater offense – aggravated, two counts of assault 1st degree and two counts wanton endangerment 1st degree.
