Community members come together for 133rd La Crosse Interstate Fair

WEST SALEM, Wis. (WKBT) -- T he 133rd Interstate Fair began Wednesday at the West Salem fairgrounds.

Entertainment for this year includes wagon rides, a balloon artist, and Miller and Milke interactive comedy show. There was also judging events such as Jr. Pets and Cats, Jr. Sheep, and Dog Obedience.

One official said her favorite part is being able to interact with the community in and being able to see the youth participate in different activities.

"I am super excited just for the community aspect. The La Crosse community is super awesome, especially at the live auction Saturday night. Theres so many people that come support the youth and participate . It's a super awesome event to see," said the 2024 Fairest of the Fair Hannah Johnson

The fair is free for everyone and includes free parking. It will continue until Sunday.
