La Crosse falls to Fond du Lac 13-7 at home

The Loggers losing streak grew to four games on Friday night as they couldn't take down the Dock Spiders.

There were fireworks scheduled for after the game but during it there was plenty of fireworks as well as the teams combined for 20 runs and 24 hits.

Every time the home side jumped out in front Fondy came back retaking the lead. And in the sixth inning the visitors plated five opening the game up.

Elijah Ickes and Cooper Brass each had a team-high two RBI's for the Loggers meanwhile five players on Fond du Lac had at least two.

Maddax Peck took the loss on the mound and Austin Kutz was the winning pitcher for the Dock Spiders.

The Loggers will be on the road Saturday taking on the Rochester Honkers at 6:35 p.m.
