After more than a year in the works, Westport frozen cocktail bar Frost plans to open by October just as the weather also starts to turn frosty. In the 2,400-square-foot former Julep cocktail lounge space (4141 Pennsylvania Ave.), Frost will offer frozen drink classics such as pina coladas, daiquiris and margaritas; seasonal frozen drinks and collaborations with local companies such distilleries and wineries; and frozen mocktails.
