COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - Turmoil continues in the Colorado GOP. An Arapahoe County judge granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) to state GOP chair, Dave Williams, a day before a special meeting was supposed to be held to vote him out.
