Quincy man facing two felony firearm charges after shooting incident Saturday in front of TJ Maxx
QUINCY — A 21-year-old Quincy man is in the Adams County Jail facing two felony charges after a shooting incident Saturday afternoon. Alan C. Pacheco was taken into custody and has been charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm, a Class 1 felony punishable for between five and 15 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections if convicted, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, a Class 4 felony punishable for between one and three years in prison if convicted.
