BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Baton Rouge Police Department identified the victim in a Wednesday, Aug. 7 deadly shooting on Quivera Street. According to police, Malik Mills, 19, was identified as the victim in the Quivera Street shooting. Lafourche man found guilty of stealing from home damaged by Ida
