Man missing after falling off paddle board in Kittatinny Lake
SANDYSTON TOWNSHIP — A man fell off a stand-up paddleboard into Kittatinny Lake Friday evening and did not emerge from the water, police said. State troopers responded at 6:44 p.m. to East Shore Trail along the Sussex County lake on a report of a missing person, but they were unable to locate the paddle boarder, Sgt. Charles Marchan said.

He was a retired maintenance man for Newco, Inc, Newton, NJ. Roger was a past member and President of the Dingmans Ferry Lions Club, Dingmans Ferry, PA, member of the Moose Lodge #1336, East Stroudsburg, PA and served in the United States Army and National Guard of New Jersey with Honorable Discharge. Roger was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery and camping.
