All eyes right now are on the Los Angeles Dodgers as they try and close out the New York Mets and stamp their ticket to their first World Series since 2020.

While all of the focus is on this current team and their run for a World Championship, they may end up losing some key pieces of their staff during the offseason.

According to reports, the Chicago White Sox are potentially interested in a few Dodgers staffers for their opening manager role.

The Score reported that the White Sox are interested in first base coach Clayton McCullough, but that doesn’t appear to be the only staffer who has a shot at the job.

Danny Lehmann, the Dodgers bench coach, is another highly sought-after option that the White Sox have their sights on.

Lehmann has been the bench coach for the last two seasons, and before that spent four years as the Dodgers game planning and communications coach.

McCullough has been the Los Angeles Dodgers 1st base coach since 2021.

If the Dodgers do indeed make the World Series, the short break between the NLCS and championship series would allow the White Sox to interview the two candidates.

We will update this story as the news develops.
