Kailua-Kona Community Called to Aid in Search for Missing Man Marcello Silva Da Costa
The Hawai'i Island Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the community to help locate Marcello Silva Da Costa, a 32-year-old man from Kailua-Kona who has been missing since September of last year. Silva Da Costa was officially reported missing on Wednesday, July 24, nearly a year after he was last seen in the Kailua-Kona area. According to a bulletin released by the Hawai'i Island Police Department, Silva Da Costa is described as being of Puerto Rican descent, standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
