Fire Department Announces Key Leadership Appointments
The Siloam Springs Fire Department is pleased to announce the promotion of Battalion Chief Jordan Jackson to Deputy Chief and Captain Dustin Woodson to Fire Marshal. Deputy Chief Jackson has been a dedicated member of the Siloam Springs Fire Department since joining in June 2006. With a paramedic licensure obtained in 2009, he has served in various special operations, including swift water rescue and both high and low-angle rescue. Jackson’s career trajectory includes promotions to Lieutenant in 2012, Captain in 2015, and Battalion Chief in 2019.

Mercy Cuts Ribbon on New Greenwood Clinic
Clinic co-workers along with leaders from Mercy and the Greenwood community cut the ribbon on the new Mercy Clinic Family Medicine – Greenwood on Wednesday. Man accused of cashing fraudulent $25,000+ check
JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Police arrested a Jonesboro man they said cashed a check worth over $25,000 that was determined to be fraudulent. On Wednesday, Aug. 14, Craighead County District Court Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to charge 38-year-old Richestra L. Gibbs with first-degree forgery, a class B felony.
