RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Clear Lake’s Jason Deroy set a new Bluegill state record in early July after underwater spearing on Pickerel Lake. Deroy breaks the “unrestricted” record, meaning he caught the fish by any legal method other than hook and line.
