Bodies of 2 missing men in Lake Michigan recovered Friday, DNR says
The bodies of two Illinois men who went missing last week in Lake Michigan were recovered on Friday afternoon, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources said in a statement. A fisherman called 911 at approximately 12:20 p.m. to report finding a body just north of a BP breakwall, the Lake County Sheriff's Department said in a statement.

Lake County, IN – Firefighters Contain Major Vessel Blaze at Cedar Lake Marina
Cedar Lake, IN – A vessel fire at Pine Crest Marina this afternoon was quickly contained by local firefighters. The Cedar Lake Fire Department (CLFD) responded at 2:09 p.m. to find the vessel 75% engulfed in flames. Engine 1212 deployed 350 feet of hose to a nearby dock to battle the blaze. Pine Crest Marina assisted by towing the vessel closer to shore.
