Lake County high school student receives $300 driving voucher
LAKE COUNTY — Local high school student Chris Lounsberry, Jr. is the most recent recipient of a $300 donation from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Charitable Campaign. Lounsberry received a Driver’s Education Voucher to assist with his driver training tuition at Major Driving School. “It was a privilege to issue out another check from one of our charity campaigns,” Sheriff Rich Martin said. “Major Driving School will receive a check in the amount of $300 as a portion of student tuition.” The Driver Education Voucher Program assists local high schools students with driver training tuition and has donated a total of $3,000 to driver training programs including the following:
