    Toddler Story Time — Fridays 10 a.m., July 12 and July 19. Aimed towards toddlers ages 2-5, but siblings are welcome.

    Stuffie Summer Camp — Wednesday July 17 1-2:30 p.m. Make accessories and do fun activities with your stuffie or doll. Bring a doll or stuffie, we will provide everything else. For kids ages 3-10.

    Toddler Dance Party — Thursday July 18, 10 a.m. Dance along to classic songs with shaker eggs, scarves and bubbles. For Children 18 months to 5 years old.

    Dinosaur Hunt — Thursday July 18, 1-2 p.m. Join us on a trip back in time to the Mesozoic Era, where we’ll learn all about dinosaurs and the scientists who study them! For kids in grades K-5. Registration Required. Visit lakemills.lib.wi.us to register.

    Read to the Dogs — Saturday, July 20, 10 to 11 a.m. Read to trained and certified therapy dogs in the Children’s Area every third Saturday of the month.

    Book Prize Event — Tuesday July 23 from 1-6 p.m. and Wednesday July 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you completed the Summer Reading Program, stop by to pick out your final book prize!

    StoryWalk® at Wallace Park (675 Industrial Drive, Lake Mills) — Available whenever the park is open. Follow the marked trail and read pages from a children’s book as you enjoy nature with your family. New Featured Book: Going Places by Peter and Paul Reynolds.

    Summer Reading Program — Adventure Begins at Your Library this summer during the Summer Reading Program thru July 20. Sign up for the Summer Reading Program at lakemills.beanstack.org. Programs are available for babies, kids, teens and adults! Read to earn badges, buttons and coupon prizes! Read 10 hours to complete the program and win a book prize!

    Tiny Art Show — The Art Show will run from July 12 to Aug. 12. All ages, while supplies last.

    Book Discussion — The book discussions for adults will resume in September.

    Tangled Yarns — Monday, July 22 at 6 p.m. Everyone who knits, crochets, embroiders, quilts, etc. is welcome to stop by and chat while sharing tips, ideas and conversation as you stitch!
