Following a week of downed trees, dangerous roads and canceled classes, the NW Resiliency Project has confirmed the rescheduled date for its Empowering Tomorrow: Unveiling Strategies for Building Resilient Futures symposium and panel at Lakeridge High School.

The event starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24 in the Lakeridge High School Rotunda. To purchase tickets and make a donation to NWRP, visit https://givebutter.com/ResilienceSymposium2024.

The event is focused on engaging parents and caretakers in their student’s mental health and resiliency. NWRP hopes the event will empower parents of kids of all ages, not only high schoolers and student-athletes.

The symposium panel features Pacific Northwest mental health experts including Carrie Kosderka-Farrell, Pam Pearce, Heather Goodwin and Tara Rolstad.
