Jacque spent her childhood years in the Canby, Oregon area as well as Portland and Seattle. The city of Lake Oswego celebrated Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander cultures during an event Sunday, May 19 at Millennium Plaza Park. The event included martial arts demonstrations, lion dancing, a keynote address from basketball coach Marshall Cho, hula dancing and more.
