The city of Lake Oswego’s long-term goal of updating the community’s rural infrastructure and creating a walkable environment continues to progress, one project at a time. Seven indicted suspects tied to alleged sex trafficking ring at West Linn massage parlor
Seven suspects have been indicted with charges stemming from their ties to an alleged sex trafficking ring that ran out of a massage parlor in West Linn as part of an investigation that also led to arrests at a Lake Oswego spa in January.
