SAN ANTONIO — A major rollover accident on the city's north side caused backup and landed a city worker in the hospital, officials said. Emergency crews responded to the accident along U.S. Highway 281 and Wurzbach Parkway near Maltsberger Lane around 2 p.m. Transportation officials said the entrance from Wurzbach onto 281 was briefly closed as crews responded.
