Villa Rica Chick-fil-A Experiencing Unforeseen Renovation Delays
In a message posted from Villa Rica’s Chick-fil-A, the current renovations are taking a bit longer than anticipated. Therefore the reopening date has been changed to August 1. Hiring took place a few weeks ago at Villa Rica Baptist Church. The restaurant closed on April 4 for a major renovation project. Driver from Salem killed on SC 11
The state patrol announces a fatal, head-on crash this morning on highway 11 in Pickens County, took the life of a motorist from Salem. Trooper Ridgeway is referring reporters to the coroner’s office for the identity of the driver, who died at the scene. The time of the accident was the 9 o’clock hour this morning on SC 11 near Sliding Rock Road, about two miles west of Dacusville. The second driver, a Pickens resident, was injured and taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital.
