Biography of Mark Joseph, American Canyon City Council
Formerly the Finance Director and City Manager for the City of American Canyon, Mark Joseph was elected to the City Council in 2010. His number-one priority is addressing traffic issues, but reducing greenhouse gas emissions comes in close second. Mark is passionate about renewable energy generation, increased energy efficiency in homes and businesses, and speeding up the community’s transition towards electric vehicles.
