RTD police chief reportedly on leave for alleged 'policy violations,' reports say
Regional Transportation District Chief of Police Joel Fitzgerald Sr. has been on leave since early July as an outside investigator looks into alleged "policy violations," according to reports from CBS News Colorado. Cheyenne Wells Trustees Present: Carleton Pelton, Zach Anderson, Mark Galli, Karen Gregg and Rex Hyle. Absent: Trustee Sherry Jones. The Bills for All Funds were approved upon motion from Trustee Anderson and seconded by Trustee Galli. All ayes, motion carried.
