CHS reports third quarter net income down from record revenues in 2023
ST. PAUL, Minn. - CHS Inc., the nation's leading agribusiness cooperative, released results on July 10 for its third quarter, which ended May 31. The company, which operates the CHS Laurel Refinery, reported quarterly net income of $297.3 million and revenues of $9.6 billion compared to net income of $547.5 million and revenues of $12.0 billion in the third quarter of fiscal year 2023. For the first nine months of fiscal year 2024, the company reported net income of $990.5 million and revenues of $30.1 billion compared to record net income of $1.6 billion and record revenues of $36.1 billion in the first nine months of fiscal year 2023.

Cascade Senior & Community Center Volunteer Of The Month
A person that is most deserving of the honor of Volunteer of the month is Robert Giop. "Chopper", as he is known to his many friends, has graced the doors of the senior center for over a decade with his friendly greeting of "How are you doing today", a caring smile and "Let me help you" attitude. He started helping at the senior center in 2008 and was instrumental in assisting with the re-application of our non-profit status. He helps many of our members with everyday chores or problems that may arise for them or their household. His volunteerism expanded to our food bank upon inception in 2018, where he serves as chief transport for the many needs of this operation. He checks daily with the center to see if there are any eminent problems or unexpected situations he can help with. Chopper truly is a good friend of our community.
Missoula MMA fighter Justin Harbison set for heavyweight bout on UFC Fight Pass

G&F asking for public assistance to determine if bullfrogs are spreading
Since 2018, the Wyoming Game and Fish have had confirmation of an American bullfrog presence at Kleenburn Pound north of Sheridan.
