MOSES LAKE - A 22-year-old Moses Lake man is behind bars after attacking a 16-year-old family member with a razor blade, according to Moses Lake Police. Moses Lake Police Captain Jeff Sursley says the call came in at 2:05 p.m. on Friday. It reportedly happened at a home on Spruce Street in Moses Lake.
