High-altitude balloon out of South Dakota floats around Lancaster County
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A white balloon floating around the Lincoln area caught the attention of many people with craned necks on Wednesday. The balloon, hovering over 11 miles above the ground, drifted around Lancaster County throughout the morning and afternoon.
