    The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Fairfield County Health Department from Feb. 26 to March 8.

    Feb. 27

    Kanji Japanese Steakhouse, 1715 N. Memorial Drive, Lancaster. Observed can opener blade with a build-up of food debris.

    March 1

    Glass City Bar-B-Q, 151 E. Mulberry St., Lancaster. Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health.

    March 4

    Da Que, LLC, 330 W. Main St., Amanda. Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health.

    Da Que, LLC, 330 W. Main St., Lancaster. Observed eggs and ground beef stored above sauces, cake, and produce. Observed cut lettuce, cut tomatoes without date marking.

    March 6
