    Public Records: Fairfield County restaurant inspections

    The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Fairfield County Health Department from April 8 to 19.

    April 8

    Dollar Tree Store #00016, 1414 River Valley Blvd., Lancaster. The person in charge (PIC) could not locate the employee health agreement. Observed cream cheese in the back refrigerator that was past the expiration date.

    April 9

    Ollie's Bargain Outlet Inc. #229, 1277 N. Memorial Drive, Lancaster. Observed no hot water in the men's or women's restroom.

    April 15

    St. Bernadette School, 1325 Wheeling Road, Lancaster. Observed mechanical ware washing machine not reaching 180 F at the rinse cycle.

    April 16

    Family Dollar #29048, 12255 Lancaster St., Millersport. Observed a Hormel chili can with a large dent on the shelf and a can of fruit cocktail dented on a shelf.

    April 17

    Island Tyme Concession, LLC Gyro Food Trailer, 1530 Courtship Drive, Lancaster. No employee health agreement on file.

    Grilled Cheese/Sweet Tea, 1530 Courtship Drive, Lancaster. No employee health agreement on file

    Community Transition Center, 151 E. Hubert Ave., Lancaster. Observed slicer with food residue on it from the previous day. Observed rodent droppings in the pantry area, and observed multiple holes throughout the food service operation as possible rodent entry.
