Norton Children’s says Meadow EmmaLou Boes was diagnosed with tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia before she was born. The congenital condition changes the way blood flows to the lungs and through the heart. Several surgeries and hospital stays later, Meadow is an active, happy 2-year-old.

Louisville Metro police officers were called on Wednesday, July 10 just after 3:15 a.m. to the 2600 block of West Chestnut Street in the Russell neighborhood. Driver charged in Spencer Co. crash that killed motorcyclist
