Eight defendants indicted in connection to Kansas City drug trafficking ring
KANSAS CITY, Kan. (WIBW) - Eight defendants have been indicted in connection to a Kansas City drug trafficking ring. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office - District of Kansas, a federal grand jury in Kansas City, Kan., returned an indictment for eight men on charges related to a drug trafficking ring in the Kansas City metropolitan area.

One-time Spring Hill elementary could open again as Catholic school
The now-vacant Hilltop Elementary School near Olathe may welcome students again as early as next year as a private school run by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.
