    Northern Neck Electric Cooperative reported outages in Richmond and Lancaster counties

    RICHMOND COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Northern Neck Electric Cooperative (NNEC) reported that more than 2,200 members in the counties of Richmond and Lancaster had lost power Saturday night.

    At 10:22 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, a spokesperson for NNEC reported that more than 2,200 members in the counties of Richmond and Lancaster had lost power as a result of an equipment failure in their Robley substation.

    At 11:36 p.m., the spokesperson said restoration crews, including line workers and engineers, were able to isolate the issue and make repairs to restore power to all members.
