Florida Education Board to vote on allowing NIL deals for high school athletes
TAMPA, Fla. - The State Education Board will vote Wednesday on whether to allow high school student-athletes to cash in on their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). Many in favor of this rule change say it'll be a game changer for student-athletes, especially girls who don't have as many opportunities to make money as an athlete as they grow older.
Bucs LB Randy Gregory placed on reserve/did not report list
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed edge rusher Randy Gregory on the reserve/did not report list on Tuesday when veteran players were required to arrive at training camp. Gregory, 31, also was absent for voluntary offseason workouts and the three-day mandatory minicamp — the latter an unexcused absence, head coach Todd Bowles said, leaving the outside linebacker subject to $101,356 in fines.

90 Players Report to Bucs Camp, Randy Gregory Absent
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers required their rookies to report for training camp on Monday, with the veteran players following suit on Tuesday. All but one of the 91 players on the Buccaneers' camp roster did so; outside linebacker Randy Gregory was absent. As a result, the Buccaneers placed Gregory on the reserve/did not report list.
