Men’s Tennis Earns ITA All-Academic Honors
TEMPE, Ariz. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) has announced its 2024 All-Academic Teams and Scholar-Athletes. The Wofford men's tennis team and six individuals were honored this year. All-Academic teams boast a team GPA of 3.20 or higher. ITA scholar-athletes must have a grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form. Quincy Allen, 44, of Columbia, was initially sentenced to death for two of those murders in South Carolina, but that punishment was overturned in 2022.
South Carolina Election Commission to put logo on Coastal Carolina’s teal football field
CONWAY, S.C. (AP) — Coastal Carolina’s distinctive, “Surf Turf” teal field will feature the logo for the South Carolina State Election Commission this season.
