Woman sentenced for embezzling from Charles City law firm
CHARLES CITY, Iowa – A woman who embezzled thousands of dollars from a Floyd County law firm has been sentenced. Theresa Ann Farmer, 61 of Orchard, pleaded guilty to second degree theft. Law enforcement says Farmer stole more than $21,000 from the law firm in Charles City where she worked between 2012 and 2022.

Plainview, MN (KROC-AM News) - A motorist was transported to St. Marys Hospital following a single-vehicle crash this morning in Wabasha County. Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man charged with a violent mini-crime spree in Rochester earlier this year has worked out a plea deal with Olmsted County prosecutors. According to court records, 39-year-old Bobby Booth was arrested in late February and charged with first-degree aggravated robbery, third-degree assault, and a felony count of fifth-degree assault.
