Mason City rental unit left uninhabitable after overnight fire
MASON CITY, Iowa – An overnight house fire has left a renter looking for a new place to stay. The Mason City Fire Department says it was called to 1421 N Madison Avenue around 2:01 am Wednesday and firefighters arrived to find a smoldering fire in the attic of the house. AMA Iowa names winners of annual marketing awards
The Iowa Chapter of the American Marketing Association announced the winners of its 19th annual NOVA Awards during a ceremony held on July 17 at the Krause Gateway Center in Des Moines. Iowa companies’ marketing efforts were recognized with awards for categories including branding, data analytics and marketing research, integrated marketing campaign and marketing communications. “Every year, marketing teams across the state of Iowa design and execute the most creative and impactful marketing initiatives,” AMA Iowa President Ben Currie said in a prepared statement. “Teams use various data and multiple marketing channels to reach customers.
