    2 men injured during shooting in Lansing neighborhood Sunday

    LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Police were called out to the 200 block of West Huron near West Allegan St – not far from the Letts Community Center and next to Riddle Elementary School where eyewitnesses said the shooting started on the basketball court and police confirm two people were shot.

    Several police cruisers arrived on the scene shortly after the gunshot reports were called in. Bystanders said there was a trail of blood from the court down Huron St.

    Monday morning police said an 18-year-old man was shot in the shin and a 28-year-old man was shot in the elbow and abdomen.

    As of 10 a.m. Monday, police have not made any arrests, however, they have identified multiple persons of interest.
