An Almont police officer and her teen son are both facing charges stemming from a Lapeer County car crash last year involving an Amazon delivery vehicle, officials said. Amanda Szymanski, 45, of Dryden, was arraigned Wednesday in 71A District Court in Lapeer, the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office said.
