Cheyenne is included in both the heat advsory and Red Flag Warning. Laramie is included in the area covered by the Red Flag Warning, but not the Heat Advisory;

A Scottsbluff man faces charges in Laramie County, Wyoming, and Scotts Bluff County, accused of a scheme that resulted in thefts from Home Depot stores in two states. Laverne A. Meyer, also known as Vern Meyer, 70, is jailed at the Scotts Bluff County Detention Center. He was arrested and arraigned July 5 on a fugitive-from-justice warrant on felony charges in Laramie County, according to filings in Scotts Bluff County Court. Meyer is charged in Wyoming with tampering with physical evidence, and bail has not been allowed in that case.
