(Courtesy/Tecolotes Dos Laredos) </figcaption></figure> In arguably the most wildest game of the season, the Tecolotes Dos Laredos advanced to the second round of the Mexican Baseball League playoffs after the overcame an early deficit against the Acereros de Monclova on Saturday. The Tecos won 6-5 in extra innings. Dos Laredos recorded the winning run in the bottom of the 10th inning as third baseman Luis Sardinas hit the game-winning RBI single to push outfielder Yadiel Hernandez across home plate, causing the fans at Uni-Trade Stadium to go crazy. It seemed as if the Tecolotes were destined to go to a Game 7 as they were down early. The Acereros jumped out to an early 5-1 lead after two innings. Dos Laredos starting pitcher Junior Guerra only lasted two innings, allowing five runs on four hits, striking out none. But the two-nation organization's bullpen stepped up and was nearly flawless. The Tecos' bullpen only allowed two hits and struck out 11 in the eight frames it was utilized. The Tecolotes cut the deficit to a run as they scored three runs in the third inning as first baseman Rangel Ravelo hit a 3-run home run. Ravelo hit an impressive two runs in the victory as his first deep shot was a solo one in the second. The Tecos eventually tied the game at five apiece in the bottom of the ninth inning as second baseman Ali Castillo hit an RBI single to push Alonzo Harris across home plate. The Tecolotes will face Union Laguna in the second round, starting on Tuesday,&nbsp;Aug. 13. The Tecos will have homefield advantage in the matchup as Game 1 will be held at Uni-Trade Stadium on Tuesday and then Game 2 will be held at Parque La Junta on Wednesday. </div></body>
