Laredo police officers responded to a drowning call at about 7:30&nbsp;p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Regal Drive. First officers on the scene encountered relatives giving CPR to an unconscious 3-year-old girl, authorities said. Paramedics took the child to a local hospital. She was taken to a specialized hospital in Corpus Christi. This incident is currently under investigation. </div></body>
