    Police identify two people killed in motorcycle crash in Prince George’s County

    PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. ( DC News Now ) — Maryland State Police (MSP) said it’s investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened Saturday evening in Largo.

    MSP said that just before 8 p.m., they responded to the area of I-495 at Branch Avenue for a report of a crash involving a motorcycle.

    Police said a Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling north on I-495 when it struck the rear of a Dodge.

    MSP said the driver of the Harley Davidson motorcycle, identified as 37-year-old Quintin Barnes, of Reisterstown, Maryland and a passenger, identified as 19-year-old Jasmine Jeffries, of an unknown location, died at the scene.

    A driver and passenger of a Dodge involved in the crash were transported to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.

    The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
