LFRA responds to RV crash in Big Thompson Canyon
No one was injured, but a recreational vehicle was damaged on Saturday after it left the road and traveled 75 feet down an embankment and into the Big Thompson River. Loveland Fire Rescue Authority’s canyon battalion responded to an accident call in the Big Thompson Canyon near U.S. 34 mile marker 79, west of Viestenz-Smith Mountain Park, shortly before 2 p.m., according to an LFRA Facebook post. Units from Thompson Valley EMS, Larimer County Sheriff’s Department and Colorado State Patrol also joined the response.

Back in 2020, odd mirrored monoliths started to appear around the globe. No one could explain them, no one knew where they came from, and no one knew what they were from. According to ABC News, the last reported monolith appeared on December 2, 2020, in California in San Luis Obispo County. Fast forward to 2024 and they started to appear again.
