    Just stop the fiasco.

In the NBA All-Star Game, the East prevailed over the West 211–186. Or was it the over way around? Who cares? Certainly not the players themselves. I can’t remember the last time I actually watched the NBA All-Star Game. A long time ago, in a seemingly far away planet, I used to watch the NBA All-Star Weekend. Of course, that was when some of the players at least tried to give the illusion of caring.

The total of 397 points scored was a new record for the game.

As Tyrese Haliburton said, “Obviously, it wasn’t high intensity, at all.” That was a massive understatement.

Game MVP, Damien Lillard said, “To be able to have this kind of accomplishment, it’s special.” It might be even more special if the opposition was actually trying.

Here’s an MLB All Star Game equivalent…

What if, instead of the pitchers throwing fastball and curves, etc, they just through batting practice to opposing hitters? That way the fans would see a lot of scoring and pitchers wouldn’t run the risk of injury.

Plus, hitters wouldn’t be embarrassed, and everybody could join hand and feel good after the game.

It was fun. I enjoyed watching. years ago they opened with events for children. I like seeing older and newer players show respect for each other, laughing, fellowship
