Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot, to Debut in Southwest Las Vegas

Headed up by founder and CEO Ryan Labbe , 81/82 Group is the hospitality force behind concepts like Mas Por Favor Taqueria y Tequila , La Neta Cocina y Lounge , and—most recently—the Venetian ’s Juliet Cocktail Room . The group is about to launch its next new concept, Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot , at 5025 Blue Diamond Road .

Recent coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal describes the menu:

“Look for pancakes, waffles and French toast with boozy whipped cream add-ons; omelets, skillets, Benedicts and breakfast sandwiches, including a croque madame; and coffee drinks, smoothies and cocktails, including a Cereal Cocktail with gin, blueberry and breakfast tea,” the coverage says.

Situated just west of the intersection with Decatur Boulevard , the Blue Diamond Road location sits just across the street from homegrown Las Vegas restaurants like Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets , Mountain West Eatery , and Oming’s Kitchen .

“To me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so opening an easy, go-to spot to share with my neighbors is very exciting,” Ryan Labbe said in a press release. “Early Birds is not just about serving delicious food; it’s about creating a fun and approachable space for the community to gather and properly start their day. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our breakfast table!”
